Signal Over Noise: My Story
Signal Over Noise: From Bedside Nursing to Purpose-Driven Provider is an inspirational book about purpose, perseverance, personal growth, and the journey from bedside nursing to becoming a healthcare provider.
At its heart, the book is about learning to recognize your calling despite the distractions, doubts, setbacks, and outside opinions that can make you question your path.
The title carries a powerful message:
The Signal: Your purpose, passion, calling, and the vision you have for your life.
The Noise: Fear, self-doubt, criticism, obstacles, expectations, and distractions that threaten to pull you away from that purpose.
Through the lens of your nursing journey, Signal Over Noise represents the transition from simply working in a profession to discovering a deeper purpose through education, leadership, growth, and becoming a provider.
The central message is that your circumstances do not have to determine your destination. When you learn to focus on your purpose instead of the noise around you, you can create a life and career that align with your calling.
